Terms of Service
Gainz (gainz.fit) — Last updated: 20 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Gainz, on the web at gainz.fit or in the mobile app. By signing in you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
Gainz is a fitness tracking app for logging workouts, muscle-group check-ins, body weight and protein intake, and for getting recovery and progression suggestions. Some features may use AI providers, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Private, invite-only access
Gainz is a private personal-use app, not a public product. Access is limited to an allowlist of approved email addresses. We may add or remove people from the allowlist, or change, suspend or end the service, at any time and without notice. The service is free and we do not promise it will always be available.
Your account
You sign in with an approved email address or sign-in provider. Keep your access to that email or account secure, and don't share your login. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Acceptable use
- Use Gainz only for your own personal fitness tracking.
- Don't try to access other people's data or bypass the allowlist.
- Don't probe, overload, scrape or attack the service.
- Don't use it for anything unlawful.
We may suspend access if these rules are broken.
Your data
Your training data belongs to you. How we collect, store and delete it, and which providers handle it, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Not medical advice
Gainz provides general fitness information only, including any AI-generated suggestions. It is not medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury or health condition. You exercise at your own risk.
No warranty and limit of liability
Gainz is provided free, "as is" and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss or damage (including lost data or injury) arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of that state have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
